There are no known health issues associated with fish spas.
Garra Rufa fish do not transfer any diseases to humans.
The filtration system conprises an enhanced 12 watt UV light which eradicates up to 99% of all bacteria.
The tanks filtre the entire water of each tank every 8 minutes to ensure clean water for every client procedure.
Once you arrive at the salon for your Garra Rufa fish pedicure you will be assisted with the washing of your feet.
Once your feet are clean you will be a assisted into the spa.
The fish will instantly go to work to "nibble" away at your dead skin. As they remove the outer dead skin they produce an enzyme
which has revitalising effect on the new skin, which then feels softer and healthier than before.
For those of you who say you could not stand anything touching your feet; From the feeback we have received,
most people say that the the effect on them personally is that at first there is a "tickling" feeling which lasts only a few seconds,
which then subsides to a "tingling" feeling the rest of the time.
